1.1 How do I order my photo on canvas?

1.2 Can I get a discount if I order more than one photo on canvas?
Yes, look for the discount coupon when you checkout.

2. IMAGE QUALITY
2.1 How do I know if my image can be successfully enlarged?
For best results your image on canvas should start with the highest quality image that you have. Once you have uploaded the image, our photo professionals will let you know if your enlargement will be successful. We also offer the option of an emailed proof for an additional $5 fee so that you can decide for yourself.
2.2 What formats do you accept?
For best results the following formats are best for your digital photo on canvas. .jpg,.tif or.psd. For best results please upload .jpg or .tif. or .psd file format within the order entry page. There you can load any image up to 65 MB. My Own Canvas can also print your photo on canvas from your print or negative. See instructions on the website for how to mail in non digital formats. If you decide to mail in a photo or negative, we pay $5 towards your postage. We will return your originals with your order.
2.3 What if my photo needs retouching?

2.4 Can my image be cropped?
Yes, we offer cropping of your image before we print to canvas. Just specify your cropping needs in the comment box on the order form.
2.5 Can you reprint an image that I do not own?
No, you must own the underlying copyright to the image or photo that we will printing onto canvas. If you have any questions, please call our photo professionals at (310) 936-4606 Mon – Sat 9am to 6pm PST. or contact us.
